BOOTH STAFF REGISTRATION

Each exhibitor receives a set number of complimentary booth staff badges based on their booth size. See below for the number of badges per square foot. Additional badges can be purchased for $70.00/badge.

100 SF 4
200 SF 7
300 SF 8
400 SF 9
Greater than 400 SF 9 + 1 badge per additional 100 SF (i.e., 600 SF = 11)

Exhibitor badges allow access to:
Exhibit hall access, Opening Reception, Conference Lunches, Networking Reception, Expo Hall Stage Sessions and Super Sessions.

NOT Included:
Technical Tours and Technical Sessions. You can upgrade to one of the full conference exhibitor registration options in the registration system. To do this, click the shopping cart icon next to the registrant’s name. If they are an IEEE PES T&D member, you will need to use the member number to get the discounted member rates.

Add-Ons/Exhibitor Speaker Registrations

  • Additional booth staff badges can be purchased for $70.00/badge.
  • ANY exhibitor personnel that are presenting a session MUST register for the conference.

Options to attend technical sessions or for Exhibitor Speakers:

Conference Single Session Pass

  • An exhibiting company may purchase a Conference Single Session Pass.
  • The pass is valid to attend a single technical session that is part of the overall IEEE PES T&D conference.
  • Exhibitors must have the Conference Single Session Pass (ticket) as well as their exhibitor badge (company names on both badge and ticket must match).
  • Tickets must be surrendered at the session attended. Valid for 1 session only.
  • Companies can purchase as many as needed and distribute to their employees on-site.

One Day Conference Registration

  • ​​Any booth personnel may add a One Day Conference Registration to their booth registration.
  • This registration is specific to the person chosen at the time of registration
  • Desired day must be select at the time of registration.

Full Conference Registration

  • Any booth personnel may add the Full Conference Registration to their booth registration.
  • Cost: $545 - $960 (depending on IEEE/IEEE PES membership).
  • This registration is specific to the person chosen at the time of registration.
  • Membership number will be needed at the time of registration in order to secure the discount.

Registration Policies

During show days, only your Exhibitor Badge will give you access to the show floor. Badges should be distributed prior to the exposition or through individual pick-up at the registration desk. Exhibitor badges must be worn in the hall at all times; they are not transferable and must be used in their original form. Substituting a business card for a badge is not permitted. A badge re-print fee may be applied for any re-prints requested on-site.
 

Wristbands will be issued on-site for workers who are responsible for installation and dismantling of displays but will not be allowed on the show floor during show hours. If you will be using an exhibitor appointed contractor to set-up your booth, you must register the EAC before they will be granted access to the show floor. Click here for more information.
 

You must provide any hosts or hostesses hired to work in your booth with an exhibitor badge and deliver it to him/her prior to show time.
 

Registrations for exhibitor booth personnel will automatically be cancelled for any exhibitor who cancels their contracted booth space.
 

No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the Exhibit Hall or Sessions.
