Your logo will be included on all "scan and go" and "onsite registration" iPads used to check attendees into the meeting onsite.  A badge is required for all attendees, so over 2,500 attendees will see your logo first as they start their meeting experience. Corporate logo/support acknowledgment on the registration website, confirmation email, on the meeting mobile app, on the Nexus 2025 website, and on signage in high-traffic areas at the Convention Center.

Partnering lounges offer a comfortable, communal space for attendees to meet 1:1 in the expo hall. Meetings are scheduled through the mobile app, and attendees select a partnering lounge meeting space through the location drop-down feature. 

The Partnering platform is available to all registrants at no additional cost. At Nexus 2023 in Orlando, 452 meetings were hosted in AMCP’s new Partnering Lounges. Your brand will be included on Partnering signage, in the mobile app, on the event website.  Sponsor also has the opportunity to brand tables or pillows for the lounge at additional cost.

Sponsor Luncheon in The Expo!

There is such a thing as a free lunch and Nexus attendees love the Expo Luncheon, served 11:30am-1pm on both Tuesday and Wednesday. Sponsorship includes corporate or branded logo on napkins and signage througout the luncheon area in the Expo.
