Stay where the attendees are and maximize your networking! Exhibitors and sponsors are required to book their rooms within the official APMA room block. Any exhibitor or sponsor who violates this requirement will be charged a fee of $300. See "Hotel Reservations" section of show rules for further details.

For your own protection, do not make reservations through any other housing provider or travel company. Using any other provider or service is at your own risk.
