At Scale Biosciences, we are enabling larger and more complex single-cell libraries using our patented split-pool barcoding and combinatorial indexing approaches. Our solutions enable unprecedented sample multiplexing, cell throughput, and profiling of cells across a broad range of genomic, epigenomic, transcriptomic, proteogenomic, and multi-omic applications.
Our first product is focused on chromatin accessiblity (scATAC) for epigenetic profiling of single cells. Our scATAC pre-indexing kit (24-plex) enables users to pool up to 300,000 nuclei per experiment, decreasing the cost per cell while maintaining data quality.
ScaleBio is following-on with additional single-cell workflows, including single-cell transcriptome profiling. Our scRNA kit will enable the price point needed for rigorous perturbation studies, large patient cohorts, and more.
