at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington DC!

These online planning tools make it easy for you to search exhibitors and their products, and can help make your visit to the Exhibit & Poster Hall more productive.

More info on ASHG 2024 in Denver will be available after this year's meeting. Early exhibitor rates are valid through March 4!

FOR EXHIBITORS

  • Previous Exhibitors: Every company that has exhibited with ASHG since 2017 has a company profile and password. Login to your Exhibitor Account to update your company contacts and billing information. (Use the forgot password link or email us at exhibits@ashg.org if you need help logging in.)
  • Current Exhibitors: Login to your Exhibitor Account to pay your balance, and login to your Exhibitor Console to manage your online booth presence.
  • Prospective Exhibitors: New to exhibiting at ASHG Annual Meetings? Add your company here to create your company profile and be added to our database.
  • Review our 2023 exhibitor rules and regulations here.

 
FOR ATTENDEES

→Search for Exhibitors

  • You can search for Exhibitors on the Interactive Floor Plan page or the Exhibitor List page, both linked in the main navigation menu above.
  • To perform a more extensive search, go to the Advanced Search page. Search for exhibitors by keyword, product category, state, and country.
  • The My Exhibitors list contains the names of all the exhibitors you have tagged as favorites (requires a login).

→Add My Exhibitors to Your Expo Plan

You can add an exhibitor as a favorite from any of your exhibitor lists by clicking on the star icon next to their company name. Your list of favorites can be found under the My Exhibitors tab which is added to your expo plan.

→Search for Products

Visit the Product Showcase and click on the search box at the top to search for products by keyword, category or subcategory.

→View Exhibitor Videos

Visit the Exhibitor Video gallery and search by keyword or exhibitor name.

→Search for Exhibitor News

Visit the exhibitor Press Release gallery to read the latest press releases posted by exhibitors.
