Saturday, May 19, 2018: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
(Networking event will be held from 4 – 6 p.m.)
Sunday, May 20, 2018: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Monday, May 21, 2018: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
$36/SF Onsite, $37/SF Thereafter

Payment and Cancellation:
If written cancellation is received by the AUA on or before August 31, 2017, a full refund will be granted, less two hundred fifty dollars ($250) to be withheld as a cancellation fee. If the Exhibiting Company cancels after this date, but before September 30, 2017, half of the booth price will be withheld. Any cancellations by the Exhibiting Company after September 30, 2017, will forfeit all payments made to the AUA under this agreement and the Company is liable for the full amount of exhibit space. The AUA shall have the right to use cancelled space to suit its own convenience, including the selling of space to another exhibitor without any rebate to the Exhibiting Company.
Downsizing: If written downsizing request is received by the AUA on or before August 31, 2017, a full refund of the price differential will be granted. Written notification of exhibit space downsizing before September 30, 2017, is subject to a 50 percent refund of the price differential. Notification of downsizing received after September 30, 2017, will not be subject to refund of any portion of the differential. The AUA reserves the right to relocate the booth of the Exhibiting Company requesting downsizing.
No partial or total refunds will be made after September 30, under any circumstances or for any reason.
Note that any exhibiting company that cancels exhibit space BEFORE it has made full payment is liable for full payment of the original cost of the total exhibit space minus any applicable refunds as explained herein.
The AUA reserves the right to request payment made by check only.
What will happen after I submit my application/booth request:
- You will receive an auto-copy of your booth space application by email.
- The AUA will review your application and confirm booth assignment if approved.
- You will receive a final confirmation email with booth number, size, exhibitor listing information and other important information once payment in full is received.
