REGISTRATION CATEGORIES:

2024 BICSI Fall Conference & Exhibition

The 2024 BICSI Fall Conference & Exhibition registration fee includes:

• General Sessions with 3 Keynote Speakers and Exclusive ICT Field of Vision Presentations
• Concurrent Sessions
• Exhibit Hall Access
• Beverages and light snacks during breaks Tuesday through Thursday
• Exhibit Hall food and beverages
  • Light hors d'oeuvres and drinks in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday during evening receptions
  • Lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesdays
• Conference Continuing Education Credits (CECs)

​The Conference registration fee does not include admittance to Pre-Conference Masterclasses that are held Sunday-Monday, 15-16 September 2024.

ADD-ON OPPORTUNITIES:

Pre-Conference Masterclasses -  Sunday-Monday, 15-16 September 2024:

Pre-Conference Masterclasses take place Sunday and Monday and are only available onsite. Each masterclass requires a separate registration fee that can be added on when registering online or onsite. Guest/Spouse Registration:

Intended for guests or spouses not in the ICT industry. Provides access to the evening receptions in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday, lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, and snack items in the Guest Hospitality Lounge from Tuesday to Thursday. There will also be special activities in the Guest Hospitality Lounge on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Guest/Spouse Registration fee is U.S.$160 per person.

The Sphere Experience:

The latest Las Vegas Sphere Experience is sure to amaze! You are invited to join BICSI on Tuesday, 17 September for an exciting tour of the Sphere, which, with an impressive presence, stands at 360 feet tall. Enjoy a visually stunning immersive experience with the captivating Postcard form Earth show in prime group seating with your BICSI peers. This film, by acclaimed director Darren Aronofsky, is part sci-fi story, part nature documentary, and completely unforgettable! Upon your arrival to the Sphere, you will begin by meeting Aura, the humanoid robot, as you catch a glimpse into the future of technology. The ticket price is U.S.$175 each.

The Sphere Experience - Director's Seat Package:

The latest Las Vegas Sphere Experience is sure to amaze! You are invited to join BICSI on Tuesday, 17 September for an exciting tour of the Sphere, which, with an impressive presence, stands at 360 feet tall. Enjoy a visually stunning immersive experience with the captivating Postcard form Earth show in the best seating in the house with your BICSI peers. This film, by acclaimed director Darren Aronofsky, is part sci-fi story, part nature documentary, and completely unforgettable! Upon your arrival to the Sphere through the exclusive VIP entrance, you will begin by meeting Aura, the humanoid robot, as you catch a glimpse into the future of technology. This experience guarantees the best seats in the house, access to a pre-show Director's Lounge featuring a sampling of beer, wine, soda, and snacks, and a commemorative Sphere T-shirt. The ticket price is U.S.$250 each.

SPECIAL REGISTRATION CATEGORIES:

Senior, Installer/Technician, Military, Student (SIMS)

All attendees registering as a Senior (62+), Installer/Technician, Active Military, or Student (SIMS) must provide official documentation and/or ID prior to registering for the Conference. To do so, you must contact BICSI Customer Care at bicsi@bicsi.org  or call +1 813.979.1991 or 800.242.7405 (USA & Canada toll-free). ID is required at the registration counter at the Conference.

Senior

Open to any attendee who is at least 62 years old. ID is required.*

*If you have been previously approved for the Senior rate, the discount will automatically apply in the shopping cart when registering online.

Installer/Technician

Must have an active BICSI Installer or Technician credential and not have the RCDD or RITP credential. Qualified Installers/Technicians must either fill out the PDF registration form or contact BICSI Customer Care at bicsi@bicsi.org or +1 813.979.1991 or 800.242.7405 (USA & Canada toll-free).

Active Military

Must be on active duty in any branch of the military services to qualify. Military ID is required.

Student 

Must provide official documentation from either a high school or university/college registrar, dean, or professor, verifying current full-time student status. Please note that student identification cards WILL NOT be accepted.

IMPORTANT: RCDDs and RITPs may only register under the SIMS category if they are also a senior citizen, active military member, or are currently enrolled as a student.

Corporate Member Registration

Corporate Elite and Corporate Elite Plus members receive a predetermined number of complimentary Conference registrations as a benefit of their corporate membership. Conference registration benefits begin on the renewal date and must be used within a membership year. This benefit renews at the beginning of each membership year and any unused benefits of the predetermined number do not carry over.

To take advantage of this benefit, the corporate representative or primary contact must send a completed registration form for each attendee to membership@bicsi.org. The top of page one must be filled in and the attestation section at the bottom must be checked and signed. Membership, pre-conference masterclasses, and add-on experiences are optional (additional fees apply). If the person(s) doesn't have a BICSI account, they must create one here before we can complete the registration. The Corporate Membership must be reflected on the individual's profile.
