Guarantee Policy

Must be guaranteed with a deposit for the first night's guestroom and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, the first night's guestroom and tax charge, per guestroom, will be billed immediately to the cardholder's account.

Cancellation Policy

The hotels require a 72-hour cancellation policy prior to the arrival date and the guest may then cancel the reservation with no penalties. However, if the reservation is canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date, the guest will forfeit their deposit of the first night’s room and tax. When booked within 3 days, cancellations will be allowed, but the guest will forfeit the first night’s room and tax deposit.

The official hotels for the 2024 BICSI Fall Conference & Exhibition are Harrah's Las Vegas, The LINQ Hotel + Experience, and Flamingo Las Vegas. Special rates are available to BICSI Conference Attendees through our official housing site. Neither BICSI nor the hotels listed will contact attendees directly to solicit new reservations.
