REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY



If cancellation of your conference registration is necessary, you may cancel your registration by providing written notice to the BICSI Meeting Services department at bicsifall@bicsi.org. Our Attendee cancellation policy is outlined below.

Conference registrations will be refunded if you notify BICSI of your cancellation in writing on or before 11:59 p.m. EST, Friday, 16 August 2024. A US$99 fee may apply to any such cancellation.

Pre-Conference Masterclass registrations will be refundable if you notify BICSI of your cancellation in writing on or before 11:59 p.m. EST, Friday, 16 August 2024. A US$20 cancellation fee may apply to any such cancellation. Those who registered for a Pre-Conference Masterclass and cancel after Friday, 16 August 2024 or who do not attend the masterclass are responsible for the entire masterclass registration fee. Substitution requests must be received by 3 p.m. on Thursday, 12 September 2024.

There will be no refunds given for any cancellations received after Friday, 16 August 2024. This can include, but is not limited to, failure to attend the conference and/or masterclass because of illness, alteration, or rescheduling of the conference by BICSI, or due to events beyond the parties’ reasonable control, such as travel problems, natural disaster or weather emergency, civil unrest, epidemic, public health emergency (declared or undeclared), or an act of terrorism. For cancellations received after the cutoff date with a balance due, the registration amount remains due in full.

Conference refunds approved by BICSI will be issued within 30 business days. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment form.

***Please remember that cancelling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations.***
