The BICSI Beyond 2025 registration fee includes:
- NEW - General Sessions with Keynote Speakers and Exclusive ICT Content all beginning on Monday, 18 August at 3 p.m.

- Beverages and light snacks during breaks Tuesday through Wednesday

The Conference registration fee does not include admittance to Pre-Conference Masterclasses and EduTours that are held Sunday-Monday, 17-18 August 2025.

Pre-Conference Masterclasses take place Sunday and Monday and are only available onsite. Each masterclass requires a separate registration fee that can be added on when registering online or onsite. EduTours - Sunday-Monday, 17-18 August 2025:
EduTours are off-site educational opportunities to see ICT installations in a eal-world setting. EduTours require a separate registration fee that can be added on when registering online or onsite for the Conference or as a standalone experience. V-U2 An Immersive Concert Film, a Sphere Experience - Tuesday, 19 August 2025:
Join your BICSI peers on Tuesday, 19 August at 10 p.m. for V-U2 An Immersive Concert Film - a one-of-a-kind cinematic experience shown exclusively at Sphere. The concert film, directed by Morleigh Steinberg and The Edge, showcases the history-making and future-defining U2:UV show that played to over 700,000 fans from 100+ countries across 40 sold-out dates from September 2023 through March 2024. V-US does not just capture U2's epic run at Sphere, it allows audiences to feel like they are the live shows. It is not a live concert. Doors open at 9:15 p.m. for the interactive experience inside the Atrium with the V-U2 An Immersive Concert Film beginning at 10 p.m. The ticket price is U.S.$175 each. There will be no refunds for the V-U2 An Immersive Concert Film tickets.
SPECIAL MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION CATEGORIES:
Senior, Installer/Technician, Military, Student (SIMS)
All attendees registering as a Senior (62+), Installer/Technician, Active Military, or Student (SIMS) must provide official documentation and/or ID prior to registering for the Conference. To do so, you must contact BICSI Customer Care at bicsi@bicsi.org or call +1 813.979.1991 or 800.242.7405 (USA & Canada toll-free). ID is required at the registration counter at the Conference.
Senior
Open to any attendee who is at least 62 years old. ID is required.*
*If you have been previously approved for the Senior rate, the discount will automatically apply in the shopping cart when registering online.
Installer/Technician
Must have an active BICSI Installer or Technician credential and not have the RCDD or RITP credential. Qualified Installers/Technicians must either fill out the PDF registration form or contact BICSI Customer Care at bicsi@bicsi.org or +1 813.979.1991 or 800.242.7405 (USA & Canada toll-free).
Active Military
Must be on active duty in any branch of the military services to qualify. Military ID is required.
Student
Must provide official documentation from either a high school or university/college registrar, dean, or professor, verifying current full-time student status. Please note that student identification cards WILL NOT be accepted.
IMPORTANT: RCDDs and RITPs may only register under the SIMS category if they are also a senior citizen, active military member, or are currently enrolled as a student.
Corporate Member Registration
Corporate Elite and Corporate Elite Plus members receive a predetermined number of complimentary Conference registrations as a benefit of their corporate membership. Conference registration benefits begin on the renewal date and must be used within a membership year. This benefit renews at the beginning of each membership year and any unused benefits of the predetermined number do not carry over.
To take advantage of this benefit, the corporate representative or primary contact must send a completed registration form for each attendee to membership@bicsi.org. The top of page one must be filled in and the attestation section at the bottom must be checked and signed. Membership, pre-conference masterclasses, and add-on experiences are optional (additional fees apply). If the person(s) doesn't have a BICSI account, they must create one here before we can complete the registration. The Corporate Membership must be reflected on the individual's profile.
