SIMS Member Categories (Senior, Installer/Technician, Active-Duty Military, Student)
To qualify for these rates, you must provide official documentation or ID before registering.
- Senior (age 62+): Valid ID required (discounts may apply automatically if previously verified).
- Active-Duty Military: Current active-duty ID required.
- Student: Official registrar/dean documentation required (Student IDs are not accepted).
- Installer/Technician: Must hold an active BICSI Installer/Technician credential (without RCDD/RITP status).
Important: RCDDs and RITPs only qualify for SIMS rates if they also meet Senior, Military, or Student criteria.
