Will there be a virtual option for this Conference?

There will be no virtual option available for this Conference.

What is the difference between a Pre-Conference Masterclass and the breakout sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday?

The Pre-Conference Masterclasses are three to six hours in length and are not included in the cost of the registration fee. Individuals are able to earn additional CECs by registering and paying for the masterclasses.

The breakout sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday are one-hour sessions that are included with the Conference registration fee. Individuals do not need to select the breakout session they wish to attend.

Am I able to bring a guest or spouse?

There will be no guest registration but you can register a guest for the Exhibit Hall Only. The Exhibit Hall Only registration fee can be purchased daily or for all three (3) days.

Do you offer a special registration for members of the press?

If you would like to be considered to receive a press registration, please send your name, publication, and contact information to press@bicsi.org.

Is housing included in the conference registration fee?

No. Attendees must book their housing separately. Special rates are available to Attendees at The Venetian Resort through our official housing site.
