Do I need to register to attend BICSI's ICT Direct – Winter 2024?

How many CECs will I earn at the Virtual Conference?

Click here to view the CEC policy for attending BICSI's ICT Direct - Winter 2024 virtual conference. Attendance at this event fulfills the conference attendance requirement for RCDD renewal.

CECs will appear on your transcript approximately 30 business days after the event closes.

If I attend both the 2024 BICSI Winter Conference & Exhibition in Orlando and the ICT Direct - Winter 2024 virtual conference, will I receive CECs for both?

No, you will not receive CECs for both conferences as the content offered is the same.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS & QUESTIONS

Do I need to download or install any software?

No, the virtual conference is hosted online on your browser. You will only need access to high-speed internet.

Which browser is best for video streaming?

We recommend Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. We do not recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer.

What can I do to improve my video streaming quality?

High-speed internet connectivity will ensure high-quality video streaming.

Can I login using my phone or tablet?

Yes, but the iPad Pro is not recommended.

How do I login on the day the virutal conference begins?

Your login details will be included in your registration confirmation email. You can use these details to access the online event beginning, Friday, 1 March at 7:30 a.m. EST.
