In the early years, the Hammond family built a name for themselves by building tube radio sets, battery chargers, and other related products. Since the 20th century, the Hammond brand has been known for its high quality, innovation, and fine craftsmanship.
At present, Hammond has three primary business units that design, manufacture, and market a wide range of products: The electronic group offers enclosures, low-voltage transformers, and power distribution products for electronic applications. The industrial enclosure group offers enclosures and climate control products for industrial applications. The rack mounting solutions group offers equipment racks, cabinets, and accessories for telecom, data center, security, and audio/visual applications.
