How many CECs will I earn by attend ICT Direct?

CECs will appear on your transcript approximately 30 business days after the event closes.
If I attend both the 2025 BICSI Winter Conference & Exhibition in Orlando and the ICT Direct Winter 2025, will I receive CECs for both?
No, you will not receive CECs for both events as the content offered is the same.

Do I need to download or install any software?
No, ICT Direct Winter 2025 is hosted online on your browser. You will only need access to high-speed internet.
Which browser is best for video streaming?
We recommend Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. We do not recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer.
What can I do to improve my video streaming quality?
High-speed internet connectivity will ensure high-quality video streaming.
Can I login using my phone or tablet?
Yes, but the iPad Pro is not recommended.
How do I login on the day ICT Direct begins?
Your login details will be included in your registration confirmation email. You can use these details to access the online event beginning Saturday, 1 March at 7:30 a.m. EST.
