Exhibit Hall Schedule

Exhibit Hall activities take place in Cypress Ballroom at the Orlando World Center Marriott. This includes all evening receptions, as well as lunch on Wednesday. Exhibitor and Exhibit Hall Visitor Registration & Information will be located at the Convention Center Entrance.

 

Sunday, 18 January

7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Exhibitor Registration & Information

8 a.m. - 5 p.m. - Exhibitor Move-In

Monday, 19 January

7:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Exhibitor Registration & Information

8 a.m. - 1 p.m. - Exhibitor Move-In (there will be no access to the exhibit hall from 1 - 3 p.m. for exhibitors - at 3 p.m. exhibitors will be able to enter the exhibit hall)

2 - 7:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Visitor Registration

4:30 - 7:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Open/Exhibition and Reception

4:30 - 7:30 p.m. - Cabling Skills Challenge Competition/Cabling Skills Speed Challenge Competition (speed challenge competitions are open for attendee participation)

5:30 - 6:30 p.m. - What's New, What's It Do? Sessions in the BICSI Theater

7:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Closes

Tuesday, 20 January

7:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. - Exhibitor Registration & Information

1 - 6:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Visitor Registration

2 - 6:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Open (there will be no access for to the exhibit hall until 1 p.m. for exhibitors)

2 - 6:30 p.m. - Cabling Skills Challenge Competition/Cabling Skills Speed Challenge Competition (speed challenge competitions are open for attendee participation)

4:30 - 6:30 p.m. - Exhibition and Reception

5 - 6 p.m. - What's New, What's It Do? Sessions in the BICSI Theater

6:30 p.m. - Exhibit Hall Closes
