In-Person: BICSI Winter 2026

The BICSI Winter 2026 registration fee includes:

• General Sessions with 3 Keynote Speakers
• Concurrent Sessions
• Exhibit Hall Access
• One ticket to the Wednesday night Annual Awards Banquet
• Access to ICT Direct Winter 2026 from 1-31 March 2026
• Conference CECs
• Beverages and light snacks during breaks Tuesday through Thursday
• Exhibit Hall food and beverages
  • Light hors d'oeuvres and drinks in the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday during evening receptions
  • Lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday

The Conference registration fee does not include admittance to in-person Pre-Conference Masterclasses that are held Sunday and Monday, 18-19 January 2026.

Virtual: ICT Direct Winter 2026

The ICT Direct Winter 2026 registration fee includes:

• General and Concurrent Conference Sessions
• Annual Awards Banquet Presentation
• Annual Business Meeting
• Conference CECs

ICT Direct Winter 2026 content will be recorded on site and/or pre-recorded. Interaction between attendees will be available through the vFairs platform.

Special Member Registration Categories:

Senior, Installer/Technician, Military, Student (SIMS)

All attendees registering as a Senior (62+), Installer/Technician, Active Military, or Student (SIMS) must provide official documentation and/or ID prior to registering for the Conference. To do so, you must contact BICSI Customer Care at bicsi@bicsi.org  or call +1 813.979.1991 or 800.242.7405 (USA & Canada toll-free). ID is required at the registration desk at the Conference.

Senior

Open to any attendee who is at least 62 years old. ID is required.*
*If you have been previously approved for the Senior rate, the discount will automatically apply in the shopping cart when registering online.

Installer/Technician

Must have an active BICSI Installer or Technician credential and not have the RCDD^® credential. Qualified Installers/Technicians must either fill out the PDF registration form or contact BICSI Customer Care at bicsi@bicsi.org or call +1 813.979.1991 or 800.242.7405 (USA & Canada toll-free).

Active Military

Must be on active duty in any branch of the military services to qualify. Military ID is required.

Student

Must provide official documentation from either a high school or university/college registrar, dean, or professor, verifying current full-time student status. Please note that student identification cards WILL NOT be accepted.

IMPORTANT: RCDDs may only register under the SIMS category if they are also a senior citizen, active military member, or are currently enrolled as a student.

Corporate Member Registration

Corporate Elite and Corporate Elite Plus members receive a predetermined number of complimentary Conference registrations as a benefit of their corporate membership. Conference registration benefits begin on the renewal date and must be used within a membership year. This benefit renews at the beginning of each membership year and any unused benefits of the predetermined number do not carry over. To take advantage of this benefit, the corporate representative or primary contact must send an email to membership@bicsi.org with the individual's name and BICSI ID number. The Corporate Membership must be reflected on the individual's profile.

ICT Direct Winter 2026 Tier 2 and Tier 3 Global Member Registrations

Special pricing is available for BICSI members who reside in Tier 2 and Tier 3 countries as defined by the World Bank. When registering online for ICT Direct Winter 2026, discount prices will automatically adjust based on your country of residence.
