When is BICSI Winter 2026?
BICSI Winter 2026 will be held Sunday, 18 January through Thursday, 22 January in Orlando, Florida at the Orlando World Center Marriott. The Pre-Conference Masterclasses will be available on Sunday and Monday. The Exhibit Hall will be open Monday through Wednesday. All general and concurrent sessions, including keynote presentations, will be held Tuesday through Thursday.
A virtual on-demand option is available through BICSI ICT Direct Winter 2026, being held 1-31 March 2026. Click here for more information on the virtual option.

Is BICSI's ICT Direct Winter 2026 the virtual option for this conference?
BICSI's ICT Direct Winter 2026 is the virtual on-demand option for BICSI Winter 2026. This event will be available online from 1-31 March 2026. Separate registration options are available here.
ICT Direct Winter 2026 will include all educational presentations which were given at the in-person Winter Conference & Exhibition as on demand. ICT Direct Winter 2026 will not include an Exhibit Hall or Pre-Conference Masterclasses.
If I attend both the BICSI Winter 2026 in Orlando and the ICT Direct Winter 2026 virtual conference, will I receive CECs for both?
No, you will not receive CECs for both conferences as the content offered is the same.
What is the difference between a Pre-Conference Masterclass and the concurrent sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday?
The Pre-Conference Masterclasses are three to nine hours in length and are not included in the cost of the registration fee or available virtually. Individuals are able to earn additional CECs by registering and paying for the masterclasses.
The concurrent sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday are one-hour sessions that are included with the Conference registration fee. Individuals do not need to select the concurrent session they wish to attend.
Please Note: Pre-Conference Masterclasses will not be available for virtual attendees.
Am I able to bring a guest or spouse?
There will be no guest registration, but you can register a guest for the Exhibit Hall Only. The Exhibit Hall Only registration fee can be purchased daily or for all three (3) days. You can also purchase an Awards Banquet Guest ticket for $150.

Do you offer a special registration for members of the press?
If you would like to be considered to receive a press registration, please send your name, publication and contact information to press@bicsi.org.
Is housing included in the Conference registration fee?
No. Attendees must book their housing separately. Special rates are available to Attendees at the Orlando World Center Marriott through our official housing site.
