Do I need to download or install any software?

No, ICT Direct Winter 2026 is hosted online on your browser. You will only need access to high-speed internet.

Which browser is best for video streaming?

We recommend Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. We do not recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer.

What can I do to improve my video streaming quality?

High-speed internet connectivity will ensure high-quality video streaming.

Can I login using my phone or tablet?

Yes, but the iPad Pro is not recommended.

How do I login on the day ICT Direct begins?

Your login details will be included in your registration confirmation email. You can use these details to access the online event beginning Sunday, 1 March at 7:30 a.m. EST.
