Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and DVBE Services Procurement Division
The Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Services (OSDS) supports the state’s small businesses (SB) and disabled veteran business enterprises (DVBE) through outreach, education, advocacy and certification services. OSDS works to ensure the state as a whole, and each department and agency, meet the 25 percent SB participation goal and the 3 percent goal. This branch processes certification applications, addresses certification inquiries, conducts outreach to business, and supports buyers throughout the state to work with SBs and DVBEs.
