Booth Space Details
Booth sizes for the CAPPO Expo include 10’ x 10’, 10’ x 20’, 20’ x 20’ & 30' x 20'. Applications for booth space must be completed. All booths include 8’ high back drape; 3’ high draped side rails; (1) 8’ skirted table, (2) side chairs, (1) wastebasket, (1) ID sign. Electrical is not provided as part of the basic contract. The hall has standard carpet, however if you want a particular color or padding please review the expo kit.
Premium Booth Details
Premium booths provide locations on corners, near food, near the entrance, and in high-traffic areas throughout the exhibit hall. These booths are outlined in pink to indicate an additional $250 premium fee in addition to the standard booth cost.
Tradeshow Management
Exhibitor services will be provided by Tricord Tradeshow Services. Exhibitor Service Kits containing the order forms for equipment and services will be posted on our website and provided by Tricord to all exhibitors in August 2023. Exhibitor Service Kits and online ordering will be available in a password-protected area of the Tricord website along with summary show information. Exhibitors will receive instructions on how to access the online Exhibitor Service Kit. Available Exhibitor Services include standard furnishings, specialty furnishings, booth carpet, freight handling, display labor, audio/visual, signage, internet, electrical service, display exhibits, posterboards, and cleaning.
Vehicle Exhibits
Vehicles may be exhibited at the convention center in accordance with local fire marshal restrictions. They must be scheduled with Tricord to get a specific time for placement which may be outside the exhibit hall. Space is limited.
Primary Contact
To ensure your company receives all important information, CAPPO is requesting you designate one primary contact person in the online system. That person will receive all event information and be responsible for disseminating it to the correct people within your company.
Badges
Exhibitors receive two (2) complimentary exhibitor badges for each standard 10’ x 10’ booth. Exhibitor badges provide access to the Monday night networking event, the exhibit hall during setup and breakdown, and the trade show. Badges are required for admittance to the trade show and social events. Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased at $75 each.
