• 8:00am - 4:30pm Golf in the Morning / Various A La Carte Networking Activities (to be posted summer 2025)
• 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Exhibitor Registration
• 4:30 – 6:00 p.m. Welcome Reception

Monday, 2/2/26

• 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. Exhibitor Reg & Set Up
• 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. Member/Supplier Networking Event (all suppliers invited)

Tuesday, 2/3/26

• 7:00 – 10:00 a.m. Exhibitor Registration* (may shift by 1 hr once finalized)
• 8:00 – 9:45 a.m. Joint CAPPO Partner/Member Breakfast/Roundtable Discussion (open to Silver, Gold, Gold+, and Platinum Partners only)        
• 11:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Expo Show (with lunch and snacks served in the hall)
• 3:30 – 6:00 p.m. Exhibitor Move-Out

**Please note other training sessions not listed on the Exhibitor Schedule are limited to government attendees only. Education sessions are limited to government agency attendees only, suppliers do not have access.
