Most cold storage facilities are constructed using pre-insulated panels (metal panels with foam sandwich cores). Because thermal leaks are the major concern in these structures, sprayed-in-place two component polyurethane foams have become an important part of the construction process.

Versi-Foam® provides a convenient, portable means to apply foam to the various junctions in the cold storage structure. It is used to seal the juncture where the roof meets the wall, wall and ceiling junctures on the interior, floor to wall junctions, and in corners.  Versi-Foam® kits are low-pressure polyurethane spray foam insulation systems that are portable and disposable.

The Operations Manual of the International Association of Cold Storage Warehouses cites Versi-Foam® for use in repair, replacement and maintenance of insulation.

    Versi-Foam® System 50 kit is a 2 lb closed cell spray foam. It provides an R-value of 7.7 at a one inch thickness. This size kit will yield approximately 600 square feet at a 1" thickness or 50 cubic feet....

    • Packaged in two cartons and includes the two chemical components, our patented U-Control dispensing gun attached to two 15 foot hoses, ten mixing nozzles, three fan tips, and nitrile gloves.
