Why do we need a Certificate of Insurance?
The requirements for Certificates of Insurance (COI) are listed in Section 9D of the Terms and Conditions.  This defines that all exhibitors and show management are required to carry insurance per venue requirements.  If you do not have your own exhibit insurance, we offer assistance through a third-party vendor.  Click here for Rain Protection Insurance information.  This document also has a sample COI for reference.

To order and pay for your booth services, you will need to be signed in as the primary account holder for your booth OR authorized by your primary account holder within the service account.
If you are the primary booth contact, you can gain access once logged into your booth profile.
Once logged in, you will be able to upload your booth diagrams and plans, view design mock-ups, add services and rentals to your booth and pay The Expo Group invoices.
