Manufacturer of the IML wood resistance drill specializing in pole inspections. The resistance drills calculate the decay and cavity percentage in a pole by drilling with a bit the size of 1/10th of an inch. The bit measures both the drilling and push resistance agains the wood to provide a graph illustration of the result. The drill is commonly used throughout the pole, but especially angled down into the base to calculate the wood reistance at the base of the pole below ground. This fast and minimially intrusive method of inspection reinforces the inspection with data and real results.
