- Full on-site registration (members, non-members and guests) includes admission to all technical sessions, the exhibit hall, and social events. The technical proceedings will be available for download to all IIAR members and conference registrants.
- Guest registrants must not be employed in the natural refrigeration industry.
- Any person registering as an IIAR member must be a dues paying member in good standing. Membership will be verified.
- Attendees under the age of 18 are free, however, they must be registered.
- Daily Registration. Individuals may register for Monday or Tuesday.
- Badges may be picked up on-site at the IIAR registration desk during normal registration hours.
- Registration deadlines. Early Bird: postmarked on or before March 1, 2024; Regular: postmarked after March 1, 2024, or on-site.
- IIAR Minor Liability Release Terms.
Cancellation Policy • All cancellation and refund requests must be in writing, and are subject to a $100 (USD) processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after March 1, 2024. Cancellations/refund requests will be processed after the conference. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
