We craft high quality comfort foods for everyone at the table. All of our products are made gluten-free and top 9 allergen-free so that everyone can enjoy. We have a line of frozen bagels and frozen soft pretzel nuggets.
The Greater Knead was founded in 2012, after Michelle's Sister and Grandfather were diagnosed with Celiac Disease. She saw how much they struggled to find foods that were not only safe to eat but actually taste good. She set out on a mission to change that. Our purpose is to include everyone at the table, regardless of their food allergy. This is why everything we make is free-from gluten, wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree-nuts, sesame, fish and shellfish. Additionally we are vegan, non-gmo verified, certified gluten-free, kosher parve and certified women-owned.
We do all of our own manufacturing in Bensalem PA. Our plant is a dedicated top 9 allergen-free facility. We are on a mission to create food for the greater need.
