Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Registration Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be in writing and emailed to customer service. Registration cancellations or requests for refund received in writing by Friday, August 11, 2023, will be entitled to a refund up to the total amount paid less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received between Saturday, August 12, 2023, and Friday, September 29, 2023, will be subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after September 29, 2023. Refunds will not be made for no-shows.

Substitution Policy: Attendees are able to substitute names at any time prior to printing a badge. Requests must be submitted to 
customer service.
