Your company can offer a one-hour educational program (non-CME or CME) for attendees in conjunction with STS 2024 at the Henry B. González Convention Center in San Antonio on Saturday, Sunday, and/or Monday morning before sessions begin. Basic AV (screen, LCD projector, podium with a microphone, and laptop) room setup, and Wi-Fi are included as part of this package. F&B, hard wire internet drops, special lighting, and additional AV will be at the expense of the sponsoring organization. To maximize the number of attendees, registration desks and F&B can be placed in the foyer space outside your assigned room on the Meeting Room Level. Seating options are banquet or classroom.

STS will list your event on the conference website, mobile app, promotional meter board. It also will be included in the eDaily on the day of your event. A push notification will be distributed to Annual Meeting mobile app users before each symposia timeslot begins reminding registrants to attend and a tweet will be sent out from the STS Twitter account.

Sponsoring organization may place flyers for its event in a Plexi pocket on the STS Literature Wall located in the Main Lobby, as well as place an easel or meter board sign outside its assigned space.

Engage your target audience through a 30-minute educational talk, demonstration, hands-on activity, or video in an Industry Theater. The setup will include a podium, basic AV, and seating for 60. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the theater area, the STS Annual Meeting Mobile App, and the conference website. Announcements will also be made over the Exhibit Hall’s public address system when each presentation is about to begin.
