  • Please label all shipments with "TASBO" on them so the warehouse will set them aside. You may pay and pick up shipped packages from Terrell IV from behind the curtained area and drop packages back off in the same location for outbound shipping on Wednesday. Package handling fees are $5 per box and $75 per pallet. Please properly repackage and set up a pickup with your shipper.

• AV Info: All audiovisual, including internet and power, must be coordinated in advance through Pinnacle Live, the hotel's exclusive AV provider. Please use this link to place an order.

• Additional exhibitor badges are available for $250/person and may be purchased after exhibit space registration is confirmed by TASBO.

• Set up: Tuesday, November 10 (From 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM) 

• Tear Down: Wednesday, November 11 (No Earlier than 3:45 PM)

• No outside food or beverages are allowed at the venue. Vendors who plan to offer food or beverage samples at their booth must coordinate with the hotel and obtain approval in advance by contacting jennifer.menard@marriottallen.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations before November 1 will be refunded at 50%. After November 1, no refunds will be issued.
