Interested in helping your colleagues develop new Public Procurement skills or learn about new topics in our field?  TxPPA invites you to submit proposals for speaker presentations at our 2026 Fall Conference to be held November 16 - 19, 2026 at the Omni Corpus Christi Hotel.  
 
Offerings may be designed as keynotes, general educational sessions, panel discussions, highly interactive conversations, or other formats.  Presentations should inspire, motivate, educate, and challenge our members. Presenters are invited to share personal experience, expertise, knowledge and transferable capabilities, and offer solutions for future success.

Presentations should have high, current topical interest. Presentations should be between 50 - 60 minutes, reserving up to 15 minutes for Q&A.

First review of submissions will begin on June 26, 2026. Submittals must be valid for 90 days.

TxPPA's sessions are learning experiences first and foremost, and as such must be non-commercial in content and delivery. When developing your proposal submission, make sure the content is informative and relevant, with clear and immediate application to the Public Procurement Professional.

The TxPPA submission process is competitive. The Professional Development Committee will review and evaluate each proposal and make recommendations for final selection.
