Thank you for your interest in submitting a presentation abstract for the UTC TELECOM & TECHNOLOGY 2021 conference. This call for presentations is open until Friday, September 12, 2021.

Members of the Utilities Technology Council (UTC) and industry professionals who are interested in the goals and activities of the association are invited to submit proposals for inclusion in the conference program. 

This international gathering of utility information and communications technology subject matter experts will feature lessons learned, industry trends, and technical insights from the utilities that are tranforming our industry to deliver increasingly secure, reliable and economical energy, gas pipeline and water resources in North America and around the globe.

We look forward to seeing you in Portland, August 23-27, 2021.

NON-UTILITY SPEAKER FEE
Speakers who are not employed by a utility are required to pay a discounted registration fee ($750) or utilize one of the registration passes from their company's exhibitor contract.

MEDIA RELEASE
Speakers agree to the use of quotes and the taking of photographs, video and/or audio recordings by UTC and its agents or contractors and to allow UTC the right to edit, use, and reuse said products for non-profit purposes including use in print, on the Internet, and all other forms of media. Presentation materials including projected media, slides, video, audio, graphics or other material will be made accessible by UTC for download, viewing or other means via online tools such as those found on UTC's website. The material will be made available to both members, non-members and the general public per release guidelines established by UTC. Speakers agree to release UTC and its agents and employees from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above.

PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT
Speakers will be provided with a PC running Microsoft PowerPoint, a microphone, and projector equipment as required by UTC's assessment of the room size and layout. Additional requirements such as video playback tools, technical equipment, or access to internet connections must be pre-arranged with UTC with additional expenses to be covered by the presenter or by prior agreement with UTC.
