All exhibitors must adhere to the AAPA rules and regulations which are included in the booth request process. AAPA reserves the right to decide who may participate.Rules and Regulations

*If you register as a non-profit you will be required to provide proof of status prior to booth assignment. You can send your documentation to Tony Manigross at businessdevelopment@aapa.org

 

Payment Schedule:

  • 1/31/21  50% due
  • 3/1/21   100% due

Cancellation Schedule:

  • Cancellations received prior to 1/31/21 will be charged a flat fee of $100
  • Cancellations between 2/1/21 and 3/1/21 will be charged 50% of the value of the booth space regardless of payment
  • NO REFUNDS AFTER March 1, 2021

AAPA is committed to ensuring this conference is planned with safety for all team members, attendees, exhibits and product theater companies. This means AAPA will remain in close contact with all agencies that control the convention center as well as local, state and federal agencies.
