Performance Pipe, a division of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP, has more than fifty years of polyethylene pipe manufacturing experience and seven manufacturing facilities located across the U.S. When quality and performance matters, Performance Pipe’s gas piping products are the material of choice for premium medium and high density natural gas distribution, liquid propane gas (LPG), propane gas and yard gas products and fittings. DriscoPlex® 6500 series, medium density, solid yellow pipe, is suitable for LPG, propane, yard gas and most after-meter applications. DriscoPipe® 8100 series, high density, black with co-extruded yellow-shell, is used in pressure rated gas distribution applications. Yellowstripe® 8300 series, high density, black pipe with yellow stripes, is used primarily in pressure rated gas distribution systems. DriscoPlex® 8400 series, high density, yellow pipe with black stripes, used for natural gas distribution, LPG and propane gas distribution, and yard gas.
