The We Help Ourselves program (WHO) is a social emotional learning program designed to support the development of mentally healthy youth and prevent the likelihood of child victimization. WHO is a series of research-based curricula that covers age-appropriate topics including bullying, coping skills, internet safety, healthy relationships, and abuse. The training prepares school counselors and teachers to present WHO to all grade levels through age-appropriate cartoons, vignettes, discussions, and role-playing.
