Symposia, Product Theaters and Workshops will run in individual meeting rooms located in the Vancouver Convention Center. All dates and times are subject to change.
Breakfast Symposia ($25,000)
Two sessions are available each day

Lunch Symposia ($30,000)
Two sessions are available each day
- Wednesday, October 7 from 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm PT

- Friday, October 9 from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm PT
Mini Symposium ($3,000)
Will run 15-minute slots parallel to Workshops; five slots available

Hands-on Practical Workshops ($10,000)
Two sessions are available each day
- Tuesday, October 6 from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm PT
- Wednesday, October 7 from 8:00 am – 11:30 am PT
Product Theater ($5,000)
Three sessions are available
- Thursday, October 8 from 10:30 am – 11:00 am PT
- Thursday, October 8 from 3:30 pm – 4:00 pm PT
- Friday, October 9 from 11:15 am – 11:45 am PT
