Ancillary Meetings and Events

No external meetings (educational, social, etc.) to which PFD Week attendees are invited or may attend may be held during the PFD Week 2020 schedule of events, including educational sessions, social events, meal functions, industry sponsored education sessions or exhibit hall hours.

Approval is required for all ancillary meetings and events regardless of whether such activities are being held on or off the premises of the Vancouver Convention Center. Approval of all promotional materials associated with such events, including, but not limited to, distribution of promotional materials, signage, etc., is required.

Exhibitor assumes full responsibility for property damage, personal injury or death to any party, by reason of occurrences at or related to any such functions conducted by it. Sponsorship of unapproved meetings, functions and events will jeopardize a company’s participation in future AUGS meetings. AUGS reserves the right to deny and prohibit any such activity. 
 

Requests for Ancillary Meetings and Events

  • Complete the form and return to info@augs.org by August 28, 2020. Requests submitted after this date will be honored based on space availability.   
  • Submit fee payment of $500 for exhibitors and $1,500 for non-exhibitors to AUGS prior to August 28, 2020
  • Please use only one form per event/meeting
  • Meeting/event space is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis
     

New this Year – ExpoSuites!

ExpoSuites are meeting rooms that are built in the exhibit hall to enable companies to have a private area for staff and customers meetings away from your exhibit booth.

Two size structures exist:

10x10 = $5,000

10x20 = $7,500

The price includes:

  • Hard wall office
  • 36” round table with 4 chairs (10x10); 6’ conference table with 6 chairs (10x20)
  • Sign outside the meeting room
  • Upgraded furniture, power, wifi and F&B can be ordered through AUGS’ approved vendors. (additional fees apply)
