The Planetary Data System (PDS) is a long-term archive of digital data products returned from NASA's planetary missions. Archived products are available on-line, and PDS provides users help with data selection.
The PDS is the US member of the International Planetary Data Alliance (!PDA). The mission of IPDA is to facilitate global access to, and exchange of, high quality scientific data products, support construction of compatible archives, support sharing of tools and software services, and define data archiving standards within the IPDA.
