THE AOSSM - AANA COMBINED 2021 ANNUAL MEETING

The AOSSM - AANA Combined 2021 Annual Meeting sets the stage for you to tell your corporate story to more than 1500 sports medicine specialists, practitioners, and other professionals who care for athletes and active people of all ages and abilities. Meeting attendees receive four days of leading research educational programming in a variety of formats from elite orthopaedic sports medicine experts. The Annual Meeting plays an essential role in providing information on frontline research to the orthopaedic sports medicine community, and it’s your chance to meet, influence, educate and connect with top physicians in the field of sports medicine.

AOSSM has created opportunities for you to meet these sports medicine professionals in multiple settings. We suggest you begin by selecting space on our exhibit floor then adding other exposures for your presentations, discussions, and product demonstrations.

WHO ATTENDS?

On average, 57% of AOSSM members' professional activities are sports related, divided between clinical care, team coverage, teaching / consulting and research. More than 41% of AOSSM members have an academic appointment.

EXHIBIT PRICING

Standard Rate: $3,400 per 10' x 10' booth
Corner Rate: $100 per exposed corner

  • Three (3) Exhibitor badges are included per 10x10 booth. Additional badges will be available for $350 each if purchased by June 7, 2021 and $450 each after June 7, 2021.
  • Listing of company name and description in the Final Program, online floor plan and AOSSM app.
  • Copy of the Final Program
  • Inline booths will receive 8' high back wall drape and 8' high side drape (due to social distancing.)
  • 7" x 44" identification sign

HOW TO RESERVE SPACE

Preview available booth space with our online floor plan.  Booth space selection will be conducted on March 8-12 for companies that participated in either the 2019 Annual Meeting or the 2020 Virtual Annual Meeting. General booth sales will be open for all companies beginning on March 15, 2021.
