The 2026 ICMA Annual Conference will be held October 17-21, 2026 (Exhibit Dates: October 18-20) at the Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, Long Beach, CA. The ICMA Annual Conference is the premier conference dedicated to local government leadership and management. GOVERNMENT/NONPROFIT:	$3,200 Per 100 Square Feet + Corner Charge
CORNER CHARGE:	$250 Per Exposed Corner
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Before June 12, 2026 → 50% non-refundable deposit required with reservation
After June 12, 2026 → 100% payment in full due with reservation
