MSA 2023
The Microscopy Society of America (MSA) and the Microanalysis Society (MAS) invite you to exhibit at M&M 2023, their annual meeting and exhibition.
The M&M meeting continues to be the premier meeting for scientists, technologists, and students who use microscopy or microanalysis in their research.
The 2023 program will highlight the latest techniques, methodologies and findings, spanning nano-to-macroscopic scales, and advances in fields such as nanotechnology, biological and clinical sciences, materials science, 3D manufacturing, and metallurgy.

Payment Timeline

Reservations made before Friday, March 24, 2023: In order to secure your booth, a $500 per 10'x10' (100 sq. ft.) booth will be due within five (5) business days after booth reservation; the remaining balance must be received on or before Friday, March 24, 2023.
Reservations made on/after Friday, March 24, 2023: In order to secure your booth, 100% of the total booth cost is due within five (5) business days after booth reservation. |

HOTEL RESERVATION WARNING
HOUSING SCAMS
Exhibitors, please be advised that there have been occurrences of illegitimate, fraudulent “housing services” vendors contacting exhibiting companies, claiming to be approved by M&M and offering to reserve your rooms “as they are in short supply”.
Housing will be available in April 2023. The official housing information can only be found on the M&M Website.
- The official M&M 2023 Housing Bureau can only be found on the M&M Website . Should any other company contact you claiming to be working with M&M 2023, please ignore their solicitation and forward the email or information to doreen@corcexpo.com so that we may work as a team to stop these solicitations.
- Please note that these “poaching” housing companies generally require full prepayment for all rooms reserved, with no recourse for changes, cancellations, etc. M&M is not able to assist on-site with any challenges incurred from booking with one of these fraudulent organizations.
- Remember, the only M&M 2023 preferred vendors are those that will be included in our exhibitor service manual.
