*Government / Non-Profit booths are reserved for organizations related to Earth and space sciences' not-for-profit consortia of educational institutions, not-for-profit consortia of research institutions, not-for-profit research institutions, not-for-profit publishers, 501(c)(3) organizations, and scientific and engineering open-membership societies. Limit of 100 square feet at this rate; any additional square footage billed at the standard rate.
** Academic Showcase booths are reserved for academic institutions to meet prospective students and highlight their academic offerings. Includes carpet, one 6' draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Limit of 100 square feet at this rate; any additional square footage billed at the standard rate.


Reservations made before August 31, 2023: In order to secure your booth, a deposit equal to 50% of the total booth cost will be due within ten business days; the remaining balance will be due August 31, 2023.

Reservations made on/after August 31, 2023: In order to secure your booth, 100% of the total booth cost is due within ten business days.
