Say Hello to Alcohol-Free Craft Beer

Ceria (rhymes with “area”) was founded by legendary brewmaster Keith Villa. When Keith  was young, he moved all the way to Belgium to study the art of beermaking. After earning  a PhD in brewing sciences, which technically makes him a beer doctor, Keith moved back  stateside and created Blue Moon. But that was just the beginning. Keith wanted to apply his craft to something new, so he created a whole new brewing  process to produce 0.00% ABV beer with incredible flavor you don’t normally get in a beer  without alcohol.
