The Community Leaders of America (CLA) is the caucus of America’s local elected Republican leaders with representatives from every state and from communities of all sizes. CLA is driven by a straightforward 3-pronged mission: Political, Policy, and Communications. The successful execution of this mission ensures that the nation’s local elected officials are able to serve the citizens in their communities in the most efficient, effective, and responsive manner possible.
