Important Things to Remember

• *Please note. Monday September 4th is Labor day and over time rates will apply. This does not effect material handling, Freeman has blended the rate to factor in OT in the price.
  
  If your shipping carrier does not deliver on Monday due to the holiday, your shipment will be delivered to the venue on Tuesday. We encourage exhibitors to ship your materials to the Freeman warehouse to ensure that your materials are in your booth for Monday or check with your carrier for Monday delivery options.*
  

• No Visitors Under 18. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall during the event. This rule applies to both visitors and exhibitors. There will be no exceptions!
   
• Each booth will include:
   Each 10' x 10' booth will be set with 8' high black back drape and 3' high black side drape. Booths 300 sqft or less will receive an identification sign and one 5" x 14" floor decal with booth number. Booths larger than 300 sqft may receive a identification sign upon request.
  
  If you are exhibiting within the Startup or University Pavilions and have questions about what is included in your booth please contact customerservice@divcom.com.
  
  EXHIBIT HALL CARPET: The exhibit area is carpeted with existing hotel carpet. 
  

• Exhibit Hall Hours
  Tuesday, September 5, 2023         5:30 PM - 7:30 PM  
  Wednesday, September 6, 2023       10:00 AM - 6:00 PM  
  Thursday, September 7, 2023        10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
   
• No Early Break Down. All stands must be staffed during all expo hours. Exhibitors are NOT allowed to break down or remove any part of their exhibit, equipment, display material or merchandise from the exhibit hall before the official close of the event at 3:00PM Thursday, September 7th. Please review the Event Schedule and plan accordingly when booking travel for the event.
