HyO Technologies™ provides the use of our patented process technology to generate and deliver molecular hydrogen and oxygen enriched water (HyO Water™). HyO Technologies™ electrically separates a fraction of the feed water into molecular hydrogen and oxygen, dissolving in the waterline, going to the target as essential nutrients. Floricultural crops benefit from Hydrogen-rich water (HRW) in both preharvest and postharvest stages. HRW soaked or incubated seeds have shown to promote root development with enhanced tolerance to temperatures and abiotic stresses. HRW during growing stages show improved health of plants and can stimulate early flowering. Irrigating with HRW at bolting or prior to harvest has produced higher yield of flower buds and reduced chilling injury, increasing shelf life. Using Hydrogen-rich water postharvest as a vase solution delays senescence, prolonging the preservation of cut flowers.
