Register for Exhibitor Badges & Invite Customers

Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your personnel for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.

Register Exhibit Personnel Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register for your badges online to save time onsite. To access your company’s badge allotment, please select your company name from the drop-down menu in the provided link and enter your password. Your password can be found in the booth confirmation email sent to the main contact for your company. If you need your password re-sent, please email registration@divcom.com.
Upgrade to the Education Program - Only $295

Education Day is carefully planned with exhibitors in mind, so that you can make the most of your time at the show. We have arranged our education program so that you can learn industry trends and network right alongside buyers on Thursday, and still be able to maximize your time on the exhibit floor on Friday and Saturday. 

Badge Pick Up

Badges will not be mailed in advance. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Please bring a photo ID and have your confirmation email ready, to expedite the badge pick up process.

Please register all exhibiting staff by September 1, 2021.

Correct/Change/Replace Badge
Changes can be made on the Exhibitor Registration page. Once logged into the system, hit the ‘Edit” button next the badge that needs to be changed.
No Visitors Under 18
Please note this event is open to business professionals only. Due to liability restrictions, no one under the age of 18 will be granted admittance at any time. This rule applies to both visitors and exhibitors. There will be no exceptions. 

Invite Your Customers and Prospects for Free

Each exhibiting company receives a complimentary custom VIP code to share with existing customers and invite prospective customers to the show. Once you are logged in click on “Invite Your Customers” to obtain your personalized VIP code that gives FREE exhibit hall entrance or 50% off Education Day to your customers. You will also be able to track what buyers have used your code. This code cannot be used to register booth staff and does not apply to non-exhibiting suppliers. 
Badges for Installation/Dismantle
Show Management will issue Temporary Work Passes through Security to anyone who needs to be on the show floor during move-in and move-out but DOES NOT need access to the show floor on show days including:
Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors
Bonafide company employees who are helping set up/dismantle the exhibit
Non-official service companies who need to deliver goods to an exhibiting company.
**All personnel who need to have access to the show floor during exhibitor move-in and on show days MUST have an Exhibitor badge.
Exhibitor Registration Cost

Each exhibiting company may register 5 complimentary badges per 10’ x 10’ booth. For example, a 10’x 20’ booth will receive up to ten (10) free exhibitor badges. Additional badges will be charged at $50 per badge and will NOT be processed without payment.  Each person issued a badge must pick up their badge themselves and provide a photo ID and proof of employment with your company.
