Overtime Rates:

Overtime includes 4:30 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday & Sunday. Overtime rates will be applied to all freight received at the warehouse and/or show site that must be moved into or out of booth during above listed times. |

No exhibits can be removed in whole or prior to the close of the show at 3:00 PM on Thursday, February 6th. All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Friday, February 07 at 5:00 PM. To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carriers check-in by Friday, February 07 at 3:00 PM.
