Register for Exhibitor Badges & Invite Customers

Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your staff for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.

Register Exhibit Staff

All personnel working in your booth will need an exhibitor badge. Each registrant will receive a confirmation email and badges will be picked up on-site at the event. To log in, click on the button below. Find your company in the drop-down menu and paste in your password.

 

If you do not have your company's password, click on the “Forgot My Password” button on the registration home page. If you have any questions, contact the Registration Team at registration@divcom.com.

Badge Pick Up

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation with a QR code and/or badge number for each registrant. Print this confirmation and bring it with you onsite along with a photo ID and proof of employment with your company (i.e. business card) for express pick up in the Registration area.

Please Register your exhibitor badges by September 1st, 2021.

Upgrade To The Education Program – Only $295! Education Day is carefully planned with exhibitors in mind, so that you can make the most of your time at the show. We have arranged our education program so that you can learn industry trends and network right alongside buyers on Monday, and still be able to maximize your time on the exhibit floor on Tuesday and Wednesday. 
Badges for Installation/Dismantle
Show Management will issue Temporary Work Passes through Security to anyone who needs to be on the show floor during move-in and move-out but DOES NOT need access to the show floor on show days including:
  • Exhibitor-Appointed Contractors
  • Bonafide company employees who are helping set up/dismantle the exhibit
  • Non-official service companies who need to deliver goods to an exhibiting company.
Exhibitor Registration Cost
Each exhibiting company may register 5 complimentary badges per 10’ x 10’ booth. For example, a 10’x 20’ booth will receive up to ten (10) free exhibitor badges. Additional badges will be charged at $50 per badge and will NOT be processed without payment. Each person issued a badge must pick up their badge themselves and provide a photo ID and proof of employment with your company.  
Correct / Change/ Replace Badge If you need to change or correct a badge, access the Registration area through the button below. Once logged in click on the “Edit” button next to the individuals name you would like to correct/change.
Invite Your Top Customers and Prospects for FREE Each exhibiting company receives a complimentary custom VIP code to share with existing customers and invite prospective customers to the show. Once you logged in click on “Invite Your Buyers” to obtain your personalized VIP code that gives FREE exhibit hall entrance to your customers. You will also be able to track what buyers have used your code. This code cannot be used to register booth staff and does not apply to non-exhibiting suppliers.
