Please take a moment to review important information regarding registering your personnel for badges as well as inviting customers and guests to attend the event.

Register Exhibit Personnel
|
Visit the Exhibitor Registration area to register for your badges online to save time on-site. To access your company’s badge allotment, enter your username and password in the provided link. Your username and password can be found in the welcome email sent to the main contact for your company. If you need your username and/or password re-sent, please email registration@divcom.com. |

Exhibitor Registration Costs
|
Each exhibiting company may register 2 complimentary Exhibitor Exhibit Only badges per booth.
Please note: Exhibitor Exhibits Only badges are not valid for admission to conference sessions.

Badge Pick Up
|
Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code and badge number for each registrant. Print this confirmation or pull it up on your mobile device at the event to have your badge printed for you. |

Correct/Change/Replace Badge
|
If you need to change or correct a badge, log in to the Exhibitor Registration area. Once logged in click on the “Edit” button next to the individuals name you’d like to correct/change. Should you misplace your badge onsite, proceed to the Exhibitor Registration desk and a new badge will be printed for you. |

Lead Retrieval
|
Lead Retrieval is available to order for Intersolar & Energy Storage North America Texas 2024. Don't miss a single sales lead! Not everyone will carry a business card, however every attendee will have a badge with a QR code for you to scan. For more information, contact XPress Leads at 800-746-9734 or email xpressleadpro@cdsreg.com. Order Lead Retrieval before the early pricing deadline on September 19, 2024. |

Invite Customers or Buyers to Attend
|
To maximize your company's visibility with attendees before IESNA Texas, we've created custom graphics for exhibiting companies. The graphics showcase your logo along with the IESNA Texas look and feel, highlighting your participation and making it easy to share with your network by email or social (event hashtags and sample copy will automatically populate).
